SAVIOR: a person that saved someone from danger,
Let us suppose, that you are drowning, and I pulled you out of the water. What happened? I have become your savior. When you were pulled from the water and saved, you were freed.
SAVED: freed from
To save you, I had to pull you out of the water.
SAVE: rescued,
Questions, to reiterate.
1 Was you drowning? Yes.
2 Are you still drowning? No.
3 Did you need a savior? Yes.
4 Did someone pull you out? Yes.
5 Is the one that pulled you out, your savior? Yes
7 Are you still drowning? No.
8 Are now you saved? Yes.
You were drowning, but now you are saved. Instantly.
SALVATION: deliverance from loss, or destruction.
That is exactly what JESUS did for us!
