ALL MEMBERS HAVE NOT THE SAME OFFICE

 FOR AS WE HAVE MANY MEMBERS IN ONE BODY, AND ALL MEMBERS HAVE NOT THE SAME OFFICE.

Romans 12:3-9 

For I Say, THROUGH THE GRACE GIVEN UNTO ME, To Every Man That Is Among You, Not To Think Of Himself More Highly Than He Ought To Think; But To Think Soberly, ACCORDING AS GOD HATH DEALT TO EVERY MAN THE MEASURE OF FAITH. For As We Have Many Members In One Body, And ALL MEMBERS HAVE NOT THE SAME OFFICE: So We, Being Many, Are One Body In Christ, And EVERY ONE MEMBERS ONE OF ANOTHER. HAVING THEN GIFTS DIFFERING ACCORDING TO THE GRACE THAT IS GIVEN TO US, Whether Prophecy, LET US PROPHESY ACCORDING TO THE PROPORTION OF FAITH;  Or Ministry, Let Us Wait On Our Ministering: Or He That Teacheth, On Teaching; Or He That Exhorteth, On Exhortation: He That Giveth, Let Him Do It With Simplicity; He That Ruleth, With Diligence; He That Sheweth Mercy, With Cheerfulness. Let Love Be Without Dissimulation. Abhor That Which Is Evil; Cleave To That Which Is Good.

Ephesians 4:7-8,11-16 

BUT UNTO EVERY ONE OF US IS GIVEN GRACE ACCORDING TO THE MEASURE OF THE GIFT OF CHRIST. Wherefore He Saith, When He Ascended Up On High, He Led Captivity Captive, And Gave Gifts Unto Men. 

[11] AND HE GAVE SOME, Apostles; And Some, Prophets; And Some, Evangelists; And Some, Pastors And Teachers; FOR THE PERFECTING OF THE SAINTS, FOR THE WORK OF THE MINISTRY, FOR THE EDIFYING OF THE BODY OF CHRIST: TILL WE ALL COME IN THE UNITY OF THE FAITH, AND OF THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE SON OF GOD, UNTO A PERFECT MAN, UNTO THE MEASURE OF THE STATURE OF THE FULNESS OF CHRIST: That We Henceforth Be No More Children, Tossed To And Fro, And Carried About With Every Wind Of Doctrine, By The Sleight Of Men, And Cunning Craftiness, Whereby They Lie In Wait To Deceive; But Speaking The Truth In Love, May Grow Up Into Him In All Things, Which Is The Head, Even Christ: From Whom The Whole Body Fitly Joined Together And Compacted By That Which Every Joint Supplieth, ACCORDING TO THE EFFECTUAL WORKING IN THE MEASURE OF EVERY PART, MAKETH INCREASE OF THE BODY UNTO THE EDIFYING OF ITSELF IN LOVE.

We all have a job in particular, but we all work together to fulfill The One Work Of God. We work our ministries within THE PROPORTION OF FAITH THAT IS GIVEN. Everything we do is to be done for The Honor And Glory Of God. Grace and Faith are given to us by God, so we shouldn't think of ourselves more highly than we ought to think. We all have a measure of Faith. We do not all have the same measure, but we all have the amount that God has given to us in particular to fulfill His Purpose. Our Measure Is Given To Us, To Help Others Grow In The Body Of Christ Jesus. Our Measure Is Given To Perfect THE LOVE, In The Body Of Christ Jesus. Faith And Grace, Are Not Of Ourselves They Are A Gift From God To Grow In The Knowledge Of Christ Jesus And In Godly Love.

Hebrews 13:20-21 

Now The God Of Peace, That Brought Again From The Dead Our Lord Jesus, That Great Shepherd Of The Sheep, Through The Blood Of The Everlasting Covenant, Make You Perfect In Every Good Work To Do His Will, Working In You That Which Is Wellpleasing In His Sight, Through Jesus Christ; To Whom Be Glory For Ever And Ever. Amen.
