CHILDREN OF LIGHT 

1 Thessalonians 5:5 

Ye Are All The Children Of Light, And The Children Of The Day: We Are Not Of The Night, Nor Of Darkness.

1 John 1:6-7 

If We Say That We Have Fellowship With Him, And Walk In Darkness, We Lie, And Do Not The Truth: But If We Walk In The Light, As He Is In The Light, We Have Fellowship One With Another, And The Blood Of Jesus Christ His Son Cleanseth Us From All Sin.

Colossians 1:12-14 

Giving Thanks Unto The Father, Which Hath Made Us Meet To Be Partakers Of The Inheritance Of The Saints In Light: Who Hath Delivered Us From The Power Of Darkness, And Hath Translated Us Into The Kingdom Of His Dear Son: In Whom We Have Redemption Through His Blood, Even The Forgiveness Of Sins:

Ephesians 5:11-20 

And Have No Fellowship With The Unfruitful Works Of Darkness, But Rather Reprove Them. For It Is A Shame Even To Speak Of Those Things Which Are Done Of Them In Secret. But All Things That Are Reproved Are Made Manifest By The Light: For Whatsoever Doth Make Manifest Is Light. Wherefore He Saith, Awake Thou That Sleepest, And Arise From The Dead, And Christ Shall Give Thee Light. See Then That Ye Walk Circumspectly, Not As Fools, But As Wise, Redeeming The Time, Because The Days Are Evil. Wherefore Be Ye Not Unwise, But Understanding What The Will Of The Lord Is. And Be Not Drunk With Wine, Wherein Is Excess; But Be Filled With The Spirit; Speaking To Yourselves In Psalms And Hymns And Spiritual Songs, Singing And Making Melody In Your Heart To The Lord; Giving Thanks Always For All Things Unto God And The Father In The Name Of Our Lord Jesus Christ;

Christians are supposed to be Christ- Like wherever we go and in whatever we do. When we come across people do we ask ourselves, do they need Jesus Christ? That should be the very first thing we think. Are we the examples that show them, Jesus Christ or do we show them the god of this world? Do we show others a real change or are we still behaving like the old self? When we are talking to the lost and dying world are you giving them hope, or are we acting like, or even worse than they are? 

I know what I was before Salvation and I know who I am now. God is conforming us into the image of Jesus Christ and God still has a lot of work to do on me for sure, but I do desire Him to do His work. I fail so much because I do not yield to His Holy Spirit. When I find myself at crossroads, I need to stop to hear for guidance from His Holy Spirit and yield to Him. God can use us in the simplest of things to be His Light. Shine His Light and not darkness. The Bible tells us in, Ephesians 6:12-17 

For We Wrestle Not Against Flesh And Blood, But Against Principalities, Against Powers, Against The Rulers Of The Darkness Of This World, Against Spiritual Wickedness In High Places. Wherefore Take Unto You The Whole Armour Of God, That Ye May Be Able To Withstand In The Evil Day, And Having Done All, To Stand. Stand, Therefore, Having Your Loins Girt About With Truth, And Having On The Breastplate Of Righteousness; And Your Feet Shod With The Preparation Of The Gospel Of Peace; Above All, Taking The Shield Of Faith, Wherewith Ye Shall Be Able To Quench All The Fiery Darts Of The Wicked. And Take The Helmet Of Salvation, And The Sword Of The Spirit, Which Is The Word Of God:

HAVE NO FELLOWSHIP WITH THE UNFRUITFUL WORKS OF DARKNESS, BUT RATHER REPROVE THEM.
