THE SEED IS THE WORD OF GOD

Mark 4:14 

The Sower Soweth The Word.

Mark 4:18-19 And These Are They Which Are Sown Among Thorns; Such As Hear The Word,

And The Cares Of This World, And The Deceitfulness Of Riches, And The Lusts Of Other Things Entering In, Choke The Word, And It Becometh Unfruitful.

Luke 8:7,11,14-15 

And Some Fell Among Thorns; And The Thorns Sprang Up With It, And Choked It. 

[11] Now The Parable Is This: THE SEED IS THE WORD OF GOD. 

[14] And That Which Fell Among Thorns Are They, Which, When They Have Heard, Go Forth, And Are Choked With Cares And Riches And Pleasures Of This Life, And Bring No Fruit To Perfection. But That On The Good Ground Are They, Which In An Honest And Good Heart, Having Heard The Word, Keep It, And Bring Forth Fruit With Patience.

Matthew 6:19-21 

Lay Not Up For Yourselves Treasures Upon Earth, Where Moth And Rust Doth Corrupt, And Where Thieves Break Through And Steal: But Lay Up For Yourselves Treasures In Heaven, Where Neither Moth Nor Rust Doth Corrupt, And Where Thieves Do Not Break Through Nor Steal: For Where Your Treasure Is, There Will Your Heart Be Also.

Hebrews 13:5-6 

Let Your Conversation Be Without Covetousness; And Be Content With Such Things As Ye Have: For He Hath Said, I Will Never Leave Thee, Nor Forsake Thee. So That We May Boldly Say, The Lord Is My Helper, And I Will Not Fear What Man Shall Do Unto Me.

1 Timothy 6:6-12 

But Godliness With Contentment Is Great Gain. For We Brought Nothing Into This World, And It Is Certain We Can Carry Nothing Out. And Having Food And Raiment Let Us Be Therewith Content. But They That Will Be Rich Fall Into Temptation And A Snare, And Into Many Foolish And Hurtful Lusts, Which Drown Men In Destruction And Perdition. 1 Timothy 6:17-19 

Charge Them That Are Rich In This World, That They Be Not Highminded, Nor Trust In Uncertain Riches, But In The Living God, Who Giveth Us Richly All Things To Enjoy; That They Do Good, That They Be Rich In Good Works, Ready To Distribute, Willing To Communicate; Laying Up In Store For Themselves A Good Foundation Against The Time To Come, That They May Lay Hold On Eternal Life.
