THE CULTURAL CHRISTIAN 

There is a new idea of Christianity today called the Cultural Christian. What is a Cultural Christian, you may ask? Well, I will tell you. Cultural Christians are people who like the beliefs of Christianity but do not believe in Christ Jesus. A Cultural Christian likes the kindness of Christians, such as forgiving others when they wrong you, doing unto others as you will have them do unto you, helping your neighbors, in general being kind to everyone. The Cultural Christian are calling themselves that because they know that Christianity is The Peaceful and loving way of life. The Cultural Christian can see the good works of true Christians when we help others who are in distress. Christians are the first to give food, water, clothing, in times of need. Cultural Christian like the works, but do not know The Christ in Christian. A Christian is only a Christian because of Christ Jesus And His Good Work that made us new people. The person before Christ Jesus is naturally selfish. The people after Salvation are being led by The Holy Spirit to be like Christ Jesus, WHO IS GIVING, LOVING, AND KIND. The people after Salvation are led by The Holy Spirit to read The Bible, which is The Holy Word Of God. The Holy Bible tells us how we are to grow in The Knowledge Of Christ Jesus and how we are being Conformed To His Image. Without Christ Jesus and The Holy Spirit, we are still doing the work of ourselves and not of God.

Acts 4:12 

Neither Is There Salvation In Any Other: For There Is None Other Name Under Heaven Given Among Men, Whereby We Must Be Saved.

Romans 8:28-29 

And We Know That All Things Work Together For Good To Them That Love God, To Them Who Are The Called According To His Purpose. For Whom He Did Foreknow, He Also Did Predestinate To Be Conformed To The Image Of His Son, That He Might Be The Firstborn Among Many Brethren.

Titus 3:1-6 

Put Them In Mind To Be Subject To Principalities And Powers, To Obey Magistrates, To Be Ready To Every Good Work, To Speak Evil Of No Man, To Be No Brawlers, But Gentle, Shewing All Meekness Unto All Men. For We Ourselves Also Were Sometimes Foolish, Disobedient, Deceived, Serving Divers Lusts And Pleasures, Living In Malice And Envy, Hateful, And Hating One Another. But After That The Kindness And Love Of God Our Saviour Toward Man Appeared, Not By Works Of Righteousness Which We Have Done, But According To His Mercy He Saved Us, By The Washing Of Regeneration, And Renewing Of The Holy Ghost; Which He Shed On Us Abundantly Through Jesus Christ Our Saviour;

Ephesians 4:19-32 

Who Being Past Feeling Have Given Themselves Over Unto Lasciviousness, To Work All Uncleanness With Greediness. But Ye Have Not So Learned Christ; If So Be That Ye Have Heard Him, And Have Been Taught By Him, As The Truth Is In Jesus: That Ye Put Off Concerning The Former Conversation The Old Man, Which Is Corrupt According To The Deceitful Lusts; And Be Renewed In The Spirit Of Your Mind; And That Ye Put On The New Man, Which After God Is Created In Righteousness And True Holiness. Colossians 3:1-17 

If Ye Then Be Risen With Christ, Seek Those Things Which Are Above, Where Christ Sitteth On The Right Hand Of God. Set Your Affection On Things Above, Not On Things On The Earth. For Ye Are Dead, And Your Life Is Hid With Christ In God. When Christ, Who Is Our Life, Shall Appear, Then Shall Ye Also Appear With Him In Glory. Matthew 7:7-23 

Ask, And It Shall Be Given You; Seek, And Ye Shall Find; Knock, And It Shall Be Opened Unto You: For Every One That Asketh Receiveth; And He That Seeketh Findeth; And To Him That Knocketh It Shall Be Opened. Or What Man Is There Of You, Whom If His Son Ask Bread, Will He Give Him A Stone? Or If He Ask A Fish, Will He Give Him A Serpent? John 15:1-27 

I Am The True Vine, And My Father Is The Husbandman. Every Branch In Me That Beareth Not Fruit He Taketh Away: And Every Branch That Beareth Fruit, He Purgeth It, That It May Bring Forth More Fruit. Now Ye Are Clean Through The Word Which I Have Spoken Unto You. Abide In Me, And I In You. 2 Timothy 1:7-9

John 3:5-12

Romans 8:1-17

1 Corinthians 14:12-33 

Even So Ye, Forasmuch As Ye Are Zealous Of Spiritual Gifts, Seek That Ye May Excel To The Edifying Of The Church. Wherefore Let Him That Speaketh In An Unknown Tongue Pray That He May Interpret. For If I Pray In An Unknown Tongue, My Spirit Prayeth, But My Understanding Is Unfruitful. What Is It Then? REPROVE, REBUKE 

John 3:20-21 

For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.

Ephesians 5:11-14 

And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them. For it is a shame even to speak of those things which are done of them in secret. But all things that are reproved are made manifest by the light: for whatsoever doth make manifest is light. Wherefore he saith, Awake thou that sleepest, and arise from the dead, and Christ shall give thee light.

2 Timothy 4:1-5 

I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom; Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine. For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables. But watch thou in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of thy ministry.

Take heed to yourselves: If thy brother trespass against thee, rebuke him; and if he repent, forgive him.

Philippians 2:15-16 

That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world; Holding forth the word of life; that I may rejoice in the day of Christ, that I have not run in vain, neither laboured in vain.

1 Timothy 5:20 

Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear.

Titus 2:7-15 

In all things shewing thyself a pattern of good works: in doctrine shewing uncorruptness, gravity, sincerity, Sound speech, that cannot be condemned; that he that is of the contrary part may be ashamed, having no evil thing to say of you. Exhort servants to be obedient unto their own masters, and to please them well in all things; not answering again; Not purloining, but shewing all good fidelity; that they may adorn the doctrine of God our Saviour in all things. For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men, Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world; Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ; Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works. These things speak, and exhort, and rebuke with all authority. Let no man despise thee.

There are two words in these Holy Scriptures that are being overlooked today by The Church, REPROVE, AND THE OTHER ONE IS REBUKE. The Church is always to reprove the world of sin, how will they know if sin is not reproved by The Light. If we see evil, we are to call it out by The Word Of God. Take abortion for one example, our world except abortion as a right. Abortion is called reproductive rights, in other words, killing a baby. The baby is life, and we know who comes to kill, steal, and destroy because of The Holy Scriptures. Christians also know that God Formed the baby in the womb of the mother. This is how we REPROVE, NEXT LET US TALK ABOUT REBUKE. REBUKE is when you see a Christian doing things that you know are not of God. WE REBUKE another Christian to show them their error and correct them for their good. If a Christian does not heed to your REBUKE after reading it in The Word Of God, then that is on them to answer for their rebellion. We as Christians always have to REBUKE another Christian with The Word Of God, not what we feel is right. The Word Of God does not change like our feelings can because of the person. If you are rebuking someone who you are close to, and you know that they have other things going on in their lives, your rebuke can turn to condoning by the way that you feel. The Word Of God is the same for all Christians no matter what is going on in our lives and how we feel. Christians are never to rebuke a person who is not Saved. A person who is not Saved is living in sin, but they don't care. If they did, then they would stop it themselves without your rebuke. A lost person needs Jesus Christ, so we as Christians share Jesus Christ with them and let God do the drawing and convicting of sin. Remember back to when you were Saved, how when The Holy Spirit was drawing you to The LORD, you had the overwhelming need to confess every sin that you ever committed. The Holy Spirit draws you closer to The LORD and sheds His Light on the evil in your life, and all you can do is agree with Him. You see sin how GOD sees sin. Let The Holy Spirit do His job. We are to share Jesus Christ and let GOD do the Holy Work in the person. 

John 10:10-11 

The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly. I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep.

Isaiah 44:24 

Thus saith the LORD, thy redeemer, and he that formed thee from the womb, I am the LORD that maketh all things; that stretcheth forth the heavens alone; that spreadeth abroad the earth by myself;

Jeremiah 1:5 

Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.

Romans 10:13-15 

For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. KEEP MY COMMANDMENT

EPHESIANS 5:26 

THAT HE MIGHT SANCTIFY AND CLEANSE IT WITH THE WASHING OF WATER BY THE WORD,

THE MORAL HIGH GROUND

THE MORAL HIGH GROUND 

I heard a man who was a former congressman say that he has to take the moral high ground because he has to face The Judgment Day; well, now I have to ask him, what moral high ground was he talking about?

I would take him down the road of his voting record and ask him where the moral high ground of the abortion laws was. I would take him to an abortion clinic and show him babies ripped apart and torn out of their mother's womb; I ask, where was the moral high ground for torturing and murdering the babies?"

I then would ask him to show me The Scripture of The Bible, where abortions are the moral high ground.

I then would take him to one of the pride parties at The White House and ask him to show me The Scripture of The Bible where God condones this way of life. THE WORD OF GOD IS THE MORAL HIGH GROUND, AND HIS WORD IS THE HIGHER PLANE WE ARE TO STRIVE TO LIVE BY. So, what Judgment Day is the former congressman talking about, and what moral high ground does he mean? 

Then, I would take him to the streets of the big cities and show him the people who are living in appalling conditions, such as drugs, lawlessness, and human waste. I would ask him, is this The Moral High Ground you are talking about?

Then, I would take him to the finest hotels, parks, schools, airports, and community centers and show him the illegal aliens living in them. At the same time, the poorer American citizens are being pushed aside because of their illicit gains. I would ask him, is this The Moral High Ground you are talking about? 

I would take him to the schools and show him teachers who are overwhelmed by all of the different illegals and their different language needs that our, once again, our poorer American citizens are paying the price. I would ask him, is this The Moral High Ground you are talking about? 

I then would take him to the colleges that anti-American people are destroying and are getting their student loans paid for by American taxpayers; I would ask him, is this The Moral High Ground you are talking about? 

I then would take him to the streets and show him people who don't know if they are dogs, cats, or other beings; I ask him, is this The Moral High Ground you are talking about? 

I would tell him that these are all things you voted for and condone. I would then ask him to show me The Bible Scriptures, where he gets his definition of Moral High Ground. I want him to show me The Scriptures he uses to support any of his beliefs.

I would ask him to show me The Moral High Ground for any one of his beliefs since he is on such a higher plane than we are.

DO YOU LOVE THE LORD THY GOD REALLY, CAN YOU FULFILL THIS COMMANDMENT? Let's See, DO YOU LOVE GOD WITH ALL OF YOUR HEART? Does God have your whole heart? Does The Will Of God Surpass your own will? Can you say when facing death, NOT MY WILL BE DONE, BUT THY WILL BE DONE?

Matthew 26:39,42 

And He Went A Little Further, And Fell On His Face, And Prayed, Saying, O My Father, If It Be Possible, Let This Cup Pass From Me: NEVERTHELESS NOT AS I WILL, BUT AS THOU WILT.

He Went Away Again The Second Time, And Prayed, Saying, O My Father, If This Cup May Not Pass Away From Me, Except I Drink It, THY WILL BE DONE.

DO YOU LOVE GOD WITH YOUR WHOLE SOUL? Let's see, DO YOU LOVE GOD TO SEND YOUR SOUL TO HELL FOR THE PEOPLE WHO HATE YOU AND PUT YOU TO DEATH? WOULD YOU WANT TO SEND YOUR SOUL TO HELL TO SAVE YOURS AND YOUR FATHER'S ENEMIES? Could you say FATHER FORGIVE THEM FOR THEY KNOW NOT WHAT THEY DO?

I will venture to guess when asked DO YOU LOVE GOD YOU WOULD HAVE SAID YES,OF COURSE, BUT NOW WHAT IS YOUR ANSWER?

NOW LET'S LOOK AT THE SECOND PART OF THE COMMANDMENT OF THE LORD, LOVE THY NEIGHBOUR AS THYSELF.

DO YOU LOVE THY NEIGHBOUR AS THYSELF?

I will go ahead and say you will say yes, I do all that I can when I can to help others. Let's really look at LOVING THY NEIGHBOUR AS THYSELF.

DO YOU HAVE PLENTY OF FOOD TO EAT EVERYDAY? DO YOU PROVIDE FOOD FOR YOUR NEIGHBOR EVERYDAY FOR THEM TO BE FED THREE TIMES A DAY?

DO YOU HAVE A HOME? DO YOU PROVIDE YOUR NEIGHBOR WITH A HOME? DO YOU HAVE HEAT AND AIR? DO YOU PROVIDE HEAT AND AIR FOR YOUR NEIGHBOR EVERYDAY? DO YOU HAVE CLOTHES TO WEAR EVERYDAY? DO YOU PROVIDE CLOTHES FOR YOUR NEIGHBOR EVERYDAY? DO YOU HAVE THE NECESSITIES FOR YOUR LIFE EVERYDAY? DO YOU PROVIDE THE NECESSITIES FOR YOUR NEIGHBOR EVERYDAY? DO YOU HAVE THE HEALTHCARE NEED EVERYDAY? DO YOU PROVIDE HEALTHCARE FOR YOUR NEIGHBOR EVERYDAY?

AND HE COMMANDED THE MULTITUDE TO SIT DOWN ON THE GRASS, AND TOOK THE FIVE LOAVES, AND THE TWO FISHES, AND LOOKING UP TO HEAVEN, HE BLESSED, AND BRAKE, AND GAVE THE LOAVES TO HIS DISCIPLES, AND THE DISCIPLES TO THE MULTITUDE.
