WE ARE IN OUR WILDERNESS TIME NOW

WE ARE IN OUR WILDERNESS TIME NOW

Exodus 32:1-35
And When The People Saw That Moses Delayed To Come Down Out Of The Mount, The People Gathered Themselves Together Unto Aaron, And Said Unto Him, Up, Make Us gods, Which Shall Go Before Us; For As For This Moses, The Man That Brought Us Up Out Of The Land Of Egypt, We Wot Not What Is Become Of Him. And Aaron Said Unto Them, Break Off The Golden Earrings, Which Are In The Ears Of Your Wives, Of Your Sons, And Of Your Daughters, And Bring Them Unto Me. And All The People Brake Off The Golden Earrings Which Were In Their Ears, And Brought Them Unto Aaron. And He Received Them At Their Hand, And Fashioned It With A Graving Tool, After He Had Made It A Molten Calf: And They Said, These Be Thy gods, O Israel, Which Brought Thee Up Out Of The Land Of Egypt. And When Aaron Saw It, He Built An Altar Before It; And Aaron Made Proclamation, And Said, To Morrow Is A Feast To The LORD. And They Rose Up Early On The Morrow, And Offered Burnt Offerings, And Brought Peace Offerings; And The People Sat Down To Eat And To Drink, And Rose Up To Play. And The LORD Said Unto Moses, Go, Get Thee Down; For Thy People, Which Thou Broughtest Out Of The Land Of Egypt, Have Corrupted Themselves: They Have Turned Aside Quickly Out Of The Way Which I Commanded Them: They Have Made Them A Molten Calf, And Have Worshipped It, And Have Sacrificed Thereunto, And Said, These Be Thy gods, O Israel, Which Have Brought Thee Up Out Of The Land Of Egypt. And The LORD Said Unto Moses, I Have Seen This People, And, Behold, It Is A Stiffnecked People: Now Therefore Let Me Alone, That My Wrath May Wax Hot Against Them, And That I May Consume Them: And I Will Make Of Thee A Great Nation. And Moses Besought The LORD His God, And Said, LORD, Why Doth Thy Wrath Wax Hot Against Thy People, Which Thou Hast Brought Forth Out Of The Land Of Egypt With Great Power, And With A Mighty Hand? Wherefore Should The Egyptians Speak, And Say, For Mischief Did He Bring Them Out, To Slay Them In The Mountains, And To Consume Them From The Face Of The Earth? Turn From Thy Fierce Wrath, And Repent Of This Evil Against Thy People. Remember Abraham, Isaac, And Israel, Thy Servants, To Whom Thou Swarest By Thine Own Self, And Saidst Unto Them, I Will Multiply Your Seed As The Stars Of Heaven, And All This Land That I Have Spoken Of Will I Give Unto Your Seed, And They Shall Inherit It For Ever. And The LORD Repented Of The Evil Which He Thought To Do Unto His People. And Moses Turned, And Went Down From The Mount, And The Two Tables Of The Testimony Were In His Hand: The Tables Were Written On Both Their Sides; On The One Side And On The Other Were They Written. And the tables were the work of God, And The Writing Was The Writing Of God, Graven Upon The Tables. And When Joshua Heard The Noise Of The People As They Shouted, He Said Unto Moses, There Is A Noise Of War In The Camp. And He Said, It Is Not The Voice Of Them That Shout For Mastery, Neither Is It The Voice Of Them That Cry For Being Overcome: But The Noise Of Them That Sing Do I Hear. And It Came To Pass, As Soon As He Came Nigh Unto The Camp, That He Saw The Calf, And The Dancing: And Moses' Anger Waxed Hot, And He Cast The Tables Out Of His Hands, And Brake Them Beneath The Mount. And He Took The Calf Which They Had Made, And Burnt It In The Fire, And Ground It To Powder, And Strawed It Upon The Water, And Made The Children Of Israel Drink Of It. And Moses Said Unto Aaron, What Did This People Unto Thee, That Thou Hast Brought So Great A Sin Upon Them? And Aaron Said, Let Not The Anger Of My Lord Wax Hot: Thou Knowest The People, That They Are Set On Mischief. For They Said Unto Me, Make Us gods, Which Shall Go Before Us: For As For This Moses, The Man That Brought Us Up Out Of The Land Of Egypt, We Wot Not What Is Become Of Him. And I Said Unto Them, Whosoever Hath Any Gold, Let Them Break It Off. So They Gave It Me: Then I Cast It Into The Fire, And There Came Out This Calf. And when Moses Saw That The People Were Naked; (For Aaron Had Made Them Naked Unto Their Shame Among Their Enemies:) Then Moses Stood In The Gate Of The Camp, And Said, Who Is On The LORD'S Side? Let Him Come Unto Me. And All The Sons Of Levi Gathered Themselves Together Unto Him. And He Said Unto Them, Thus Saith The LORD God Of Israel, Put Every Man His Sword By His Side, And Go In And Out From Gate To Gate Throughout The Camp, And Slay Every Man His Brother, And Every Man His Companion, And Every Man His Neighbour. And The Children Of Levi Did According To The Word Of Moses: And There Fell Of The People That Day About Three Thousand Men. For Moses Had Said, Consecrate Yourselves To Day To The LORD, Even Every Man Upon His Son, And Upon His Brother; That He May Bestow Upon You A Blessing This Day. And It Came To Pass On The Morrow, That Moses Said Unto The People, Ye Have Sinned A Great Sin: And Now I Will Go Up Unto The LORD; Peradventure I Shall Make An Atonement For Your Sin. And Moses Returned Unto The LORD, And Said, Oh, This People Have Sinned A Great Sin, And Have Made Them gods Of Gold. Yet Now, If Thou Wilt Forgive Their Sin―; And If Not, Blot Me, I Pray Thee, Out Of Thy Book Which Thou Hast Written. And The LORD Said Unto Moses, Whosoever Hath Sinned Against Me, Him Will I Blot Out Of My Book. Therefore Now Go, Lead The People Unto The Place Of Which I Have Spoken Unto Thee: Behold, Mine Angel Shall Go Before Thee: Nevertheless In The Day When I Visit I Will Visit Their Sin Upon Them. And The LORD Plagued The People, Because They Made The Calf, Which Aaron Made.

Hebrews 3:7-19, 4:1-16
Wherefore (As The Holy Ghost Saith, To Day If Ye Will Hear His Voice, Harden Not Your Hearts, As In The Provocation, In The Day Of Temptation In The Wilderness: When Your Fathers Tempted Me, Proved Me, And Saw My Works Forty Years. Wherefore I Was Grieved With That Generation, And Said, They Do Alway Err In Their Heart; And They Have Not Known My Ways. So I Sware In My Wrath, They Shall Not Enter Into My Rest.) Take Heed, Brethren, Lest There Be In Any Of You An Evil Heart Of Unbelief, In Departing From The Living God. But Exhort One Another Daily, While It Is Called To Day; Lest Any Of You Be Hardened Through The Deceitfulness Of Sin. For We Are Made Partakers Of Christ, If We Hold The Beginning Of Our Confidence Stedfast Unto The End; While It Is Said, To Day If Ye Will Hear His Voice, Harden Not Your Hearts, As In The Provocation. For Some, When They Had Heard, Did Provoke: Howbeit Not All That Came Out Of Egypt By Moses. But With Whom Was He Grieved Forty Years? Was It Not With Them That Had Sinned, Whose Carcases Fell In The Wilderness? And To Whom Sware He That They Should Not Enter Into His Rest, But To Them That Believed Not? So We See That They Could Not Enter In Because Of Unbelief. Let Us Therefore Fear, Lest, A Promise Being Left Us Of Entering Into His Rest, Any Of You Should Seem To Come Short Of It. FOR UNTO US WAS THE GOSPEL PREACHED, AS WELL AS UNTO THEM: BUT THE WORD PREACHED DID NOT PROFIT THEM, NOT BEING MIXED WITH FAITH IN THEM THAT HEARD IT. FOR WE WHICH HAVE BELIEVED DO ENTER INTO REST, AS HE SAID, AS I Have Sworn In My Wrath, If They Shall Enter Into My Rest: Although The Works Were Finished From The Foundation Of The World. For He Spake In A Certain Place Of The Seventh Day On This Wise, And God Did Rest The Seventh Day From All His Works. And In This Place Again, If They Shall Enter Into My Rest. Seeing Therefore It Remaineth That Some Must Enter Therein, And They To Whom It Was First Preached Entered Not In Because Of Unbelief: Again, He Limiteth A Certain Day, Saying In David, To Day, After So Long A Time; As It Is Said, To Day If Ye Will Hear His Voice, Harden Not Your Hearts. For If Jesus Had Given Them Rest, Then Would He Not Afterward Have Spoken Of Another Day. There Remaineth Therefore A Rest To The People Of God. For He That Is Entered Into His Rest, He Also Hath Ceased From His Own Works, As God Did From His. Let Us Labour Therefore To Enter Into That Rest, Lest Any Man Fall After The Same Example Of Unbelief. For The Word Of God Is Quick, And Powerful, And Sharper Than Any Twoedged Sword, Piercing Even To The Dividing Asunder Of Soul And Spirit, And Of The Joints And Marrow, And Is A Discerner Of The Thoughts And Intents Of The Heart. Neither Is There Any Creature That Is Not Manifest In His Sight: But All Things Are Naked And Opened Unto The Eyes Of Him With Whom We Have To Do. SEEING THEN THAT WE HAVE A GREAT HIGH PRIEST, THAT IS PASSED INTO THE HEAVENS, JESUS THE SON OF GOD, LET US HOLD FAST OUR PROFESSION. For We Have Not An High Priest Which Cannot Be Touched With The Feeling Of Our Infirmities; But Was In All Points Tempted Like As We Are, Yet Without Sin. Let Us Therefore Come Boldly Unto The Throne Of Grace, That We May Obtain Mercy, And Find Grace To Help In Time Of Need.

Numbers 14:1-9
And All The Congregation Lifted Up Their Voice, And Cried; And The People Wept That Night. And All The Children Of Israel Murmured Against Moses And Against Aaron: And The Whole Congregation Said Unto Them, Would God That We Had Died In The Land Of Egypt! Or Would God We Had Died In This Wilderness! And Wherefore Hath The LORD Brought Us Unto This Land, To Fall By The Sword, That Our Wives And Our Children Should Be A Prey? Were It Not Better For Us To Return Into Egypt? And They Said One To Another, Let Us Make A Captain, And Let Us Return Into Egypt. Then Moses And Aaron Fell On Their Faces Before All The Assembly Of The Congregation Of The Children Of Israel. And Joshua The Son Of Nun, And Caleb The Son Of Jephunneh, Which Were Of Them That Searched The Land, Rent Their Clothes: And They Spake Unto All The Company Of The Children Of Israel, Saying, THE LAND, WHICH WE PASSED THROUGH TO SEARCH IT, IS AN EXCEEDING GOOD LAND. IF THE LORD DELIGHT IN US, THEN HE WILL BRING US INTO THIS LAND, AND GIVE IT US; A LAND WHICH FLOWETH WITH MILK AND HONEY. ONLY REBEL NOT YE AGAINST THE LORD, NEITHER FEAR YE THE PEOPLE OF THE LAND; FOR THEY ARE BREAD FOR US: THEIR DEFENCE IS DEPARTED FROM THEM, AND THE LORD IS WITH US: FEAR THEM NOT.

2 Peter 3:3-15
Knowing This First, That There Shall Come In The Last Days Scoffers, Walking After Their Own Lusts, And SAYING, WHERE IS THE PROMISE OF HIS COMING? FOR SINCE THE FATHERS FELL ASLEEP, ALL THINGS CONTINUE AS THEY WERE FROM THE BEGINNING OF THE CREATION.
For This They Willingly Are Ignorant Of, That By The Word Of God The Heavens Were Of Old, And The Earth Standing Out Of The Water And In The Water: Whereby The World That Then Was, Being Overflowed With Water, Perished: But The Heavens And The Earth, Which Are Now, By The Same Word Are Kept In Store, Reserved Unto Fire Against The Day Of Judgment And Perdition Of Ungodly Men. BUT, BELOVED, BE NOT IGNORANT OF THIS ONE THING, THAT ONE DAY IS WITH THE LORD AS A THOUSAND YEARS, AND A THOUSAND YEARS AS ONE DAY. THE LORD IS NOT SLACK CONCERNING HIS PROMISE, AS SOME MEN COUNT SLACKNESS; BUT IS LONGSUFFERING TO US-WARD, NOT WILLING THAT ANY SHOULD PERISH, BUT THAT ALL SHOULD COME TO REPENTANCE. BUT THE DAY OF THE LORD WILL COME AS A THIEF IN THE NIGHT; In The Which The Heavens Shall Pass Away With A Great Noise, And The Elements Shall Melt With Fervent Heat, The Earth Also And The Works That Are Therein Shall Be Burned Up. Seeing Then That All These Things Shall Be Dissolved, WHAT MANNER OF PERSONS OUGHT YE TO BE IN ALL HOLY CONVERSATION AND GODLINESS, LOOKING FOR AND HASTING UNTO THE COMING OF THE DAY OF GOD, Wherein The Heavens Being On Fire Shall Be Dissolved, And The Elements Shall Melt With Fervent Heat? NEVERTHELESS WE, ACCORDING TO HIS PROMISE, LOOK FOR NEW HEAVENS AND A NEW EARTH, WHEREIN DWELLETH RIGHTEOUSNESS. WHEREFORE, BELOVED, SEEING THAT YE LOOK FOR SUCH THINGS, BE DILIGENT THAT YE MAY BE FOUND OF HIM IN PEACE, WITHOUT SPOT, AND BLAMELESS. AND ACCOUNT THAT THE LONGSUFFERING OF OUR LORD IS SALVATION; Even As Our Beloved Brother Paul Also According To The Wisdom Given Unto Him Hath Written Unto You;

OUR TIME ON EARTH IS OUR TIME IN THE WILDERNESS; WHAT ARE WE GOING TO DO DURING THIS TIME? ARE WE GOING TO BUILD GOLDEN CALVES OR TRUST GOD? MOSES INTERCEDED FOR THE PEOPLE THEN; JESUS CHRIST IS OUR INTERSESSION WITH GOD NOW. KEEP THE FAITH!!!

Hebrews 7:24-28
BUT THIS MAN, BECAUSE HE CONTINUETH EVER, HATH AN UNCHANGEABLE PRIESTHOOD. WHEREFORE HE IS ABLE ALSO TO SAVE THEM TO THE UTTERMOST THAT COME UNTO GOD BY HIM, SEEING HE EVER LIVETH TO MAKE INTERCESSION FOR THEM. FOR SUCH AN HIGH PRIEST BECAME US, WHO IS HOLY, HARMLESS, UNDEFILED, SEPARATE FROM SINNERS, AND MADE HIGHER THAN THE HEAVENS; WHO NEEDETH NOT DAILY, AS THOSE HIGH PRIESTS, TO OFFER UP SACRIFICE, FIRST FOR HIS OWN SINS, AND THEN FOR THE PEOPLE'S: FOR THIS HE DID ONCE, WHEN HE OFFERED UP HIMSELF. FOR THE LAW MAKETH MEN HIGH PRIESTS WHICH HAVE INFIRMITY; BUT THE WORD OF THE OATH, WHICH WAS SINCE THE LAW, MAKETH THE SON, WHO IS CONSECRATED FOR EVERMORE.

Luke 21:28
AND WHEN THESE THINGS BEGIN TO COME TO PASS, THEN LOOK UP, AND LIFT UP YOUR HEADS; FOR YOUR REDEMPTION DRAWETH NIGH.
