I CAME NOT TO CALL THE RIGHTEOUS, BUT SINNERS TO REPENTANCE.

Righteous: Morally upright; without guilt or sin:

Sinners: a person who transgresses moral Law

Romans 3:20 

Therefore By The Deeds Of The Law There Shall No Flesh Be Justified In His Sight:  FOR BY THE LAW IS THE KNOWLEDGE OF SIN.

1 John 3:4

Whosoever Committeth Sin Transgresseth Also The Law: FOR SIN IS THE TRANSGRESSION OF THE LAW.

Behold, What Manner Of Love The Father Hath Bestowed Upon Us, That We Should Be Called The Sons Of God: Therefore The World Knoweth Us Not, Because It Knew Him Not. For This Purpose The Son Of God Was Manifested, That He Might Destroy The Works Of The Devil.
