THEY ARE NOT OF THE WORLD, EVEN AS I AM NOT OF THE WORLD. 

Christianity is not walking from point A to point B; Christianity is about being planted together with Christ Jesus. You die to the old self and grow into the new. If you think that you can keep living the way that you did before Salvation, then you have a skewed knowledge of Christianity. After Salvation, The Holy Spirit grows us up as a baby into the mature adult God wants us to be, which means a change from the old to the new. The Holy Spirit Creates in us a New Spirit, New Heart, and New Mind. The Holy Scriptures will teach us what pleases God and what does not. 

Do not let the world teach you about God, 

WE NEED TO READ OUR BIBLE TO LET THE HOLY SPIRIT OF GOD GUIDE US INTO ALL TRUTH. 

Romans 6:3-6

Know Ye Not, That So Many Of Us As Were Baptized Into Jesus Christ Were Baptized Into His Death? Therefore We Are Buried With Him By Baptism Into Death: That Like As Christ Was Raised Up From The Dead By The Glory Of The Father, Even So We Also Should Walk In Newness Of Life. For If We Have Been Planted Together In The Likeness Of His Death, We Shall Be Also In The Likeness Of His Resurrection: Knowing This, That Our Old Man Is Crucified With Him, That The Body Of Sin Might Be Destroyed, That Henceforth We Should Not Serve Sin.

1 John 2:20 

But Ye Have An Unction From The Holy One, And Ye Know All Things.

1 John 2:27-29 

But The Anointing Which Ye Have Received Of Him Abideth In You, And Ye Need Not That Any Man Teach You: But As The Same Anointing Teacheth You Of All Things, And Is Truth, And Is No Lie, And Even As It Hath Taught You, Ye Shall Abide In Him.  And Now, Little Children, Abide In Him; That, When He Shall Appear, We May Have Confidence, And Not Be Ashamed Before Him At His Coming. If Ye Know That He Is Righteous, Ye Know That Every One That Doeth Righteousness Is Born Of Him.

John 16:13-14
